Harmony SPX Selective Soldering System

The Harmony SPX provides 5 axes of motion, dual active solder pots and up to 6 active soldering nozzle stations, all in a tool-free board motion system. With an adjustable board handling range of 18 x 24” (450 x 600 mm), expandable to 24 x 24” (600 x 600mm), there is no need for costly tooling to hold different PCB’s. Multiple active soldering stations can be configured with different size nozzles, complex boards can now be soldered with no changeover for different size nozzles.

The Harmony articulates a PCB above the flux station and up to 6 independent solder stations for an expansive range of selective soldering automation. The Harmony can be configured with 2 solder pots for different alloys, each pot capable of handling 3 soldering stations.

Closed loop temperature control of the nitrogen inertion process provides superior thermal performance of the soldering miniwave. Innovative miniwave nozzle designs deliver wave stability and defect free performance.
